The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 may have been cancelled but this is not an excuse for us not to get on our bikes and ride!

Join Team Embrace and pedal for that medal with distance options of 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 Miles. The choice is yours and there is a medal and certificate for everyone. Do it as a team, family or a personal challenge!

To achieve this challenge all you need to do is complete your chosen distance by the 31st August and you will receive your certificate and medal in the post!

Once completed just email Embrace your distance recorded from your app, watch, phone to claim your medal. If you don’t have a tracking app then please send the villages, towns or cities that you have visited on your ride.
