Embrace Child Victims of Crime invites children, young people and parents to our six week ‘Family Fitness Fun’ course.
This six week course is FREE for Embrace clients, or a small fee for those families who wish to join, and support what we provide.
Come and meet other families in a safe place, and enjoy a range of actives such as –
- Circuit Training – with lots of equipment to improve health, fitness
- Box Fit
- Ropes
- Weights and lots more…
Parents can bring a friend too, so no reason to be shy!
Lots of fun for all the family!
