Emma Fleming

Head of Income Generation

Emma joined Embrace in 2022 as our Head of Income Generation.  She has a background in fundraising working for several different charities after 15 years working as a Scenes of Crime Officer and Strategic Crime Analyst in the Metropolitan Police.

Emma is responsible for all our income generation and works with our corporate partners and other supporters to raise vital funds for the charity.

She is also a keen (although not fast!) runner in her spare time.
