Deborah Sleightholme

Deborah Sleightholme is a lawyer with over 24 years’ experience of working with people seriously injured and bereaved through life changing incidents. Over the years she has held a number of roles, including Equity Partner, Head of Business Development and Member of the Personal Injury Management Board, leading, planning, implementing and overseeing national strategy and budgets.

She is an advocate of relationship building with other professionals such as police family liaison officers and appropriate signposting to charities and organisations and working as a team to assist and support people through the most challenging times of their lives.
